Cancelling an Order
Orders may be cancelled while they are still processing. Once goods have shipped, however, it is no longer possible to cancel this order. If you are signed up for a subscription plan, you may cancel your plan at any time with no penalties.
Receiving Defective Goods
If goods purchased on this website are defective or do not conform to the listed specifications, then they may be returned and refunded or replaced if this concern is found to be legitimate. Defective goods should be returned with the relevant invoice or shipping note to 8 Wilkie Road #03-01, Singapore 228095.
Receiving an Incorrect Order
Incorrect orders must be reported to the Vitality Wellness team within 7 working days of their receipt along with the invoice number. If you are returning an incorrect order, you are responsible for keeping the goods clean and free from price markings. Goods that have been damaged or are no longer resaleable may not be refunded in full.
Making an Order in Error
In some cases, orders made in error may be returned. To be refunded, an authorisation must be obtained from Vitality Wellness prior to the return of any goods. Vitality Wellness is under no obligation to grant this authorisation. If approved, Vitality Wellness reserves the right to charge a handling fee of up to 20% of the original invoice value.
